Lead Kitchen Installer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Kitchen Installer to join Mad City Windows & Baths, a Renuity company, delivering high‑quality kitchen remodels for homeowners in Cedar Rapids and surrounding areas. You will ensure installations meet company standards while providing excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City’s standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for each construction application.
• Communicate with management at the end of each installation to confirm customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete the carpentry job checklist with the homeowner upon project completion.

Required profile

• 2+ years of remodeling, carpentry, or construction experience.
• Experience with kitchen cabinet installation and/or refacing.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
