Lead Generation / Sales Representative

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation / Sales Representative to work remotely and help generate new B2B business opportunities. The role focuses on engaging prospects, building relationships, and scheduling qualified appointments for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Contact leads via phone, email, and other outreach methods.
• Introduce client services and identify potential opportunities.
• Build relationships with decision‑makers at nursing homes, hotels, and real‑estate properties.
• Qualify prospects and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and outcomes.
• Provide regular updates to the client throughout the day.
• Meet daily and weekly activity targets.
• Collaborate with management and keep progress tracking sheets up to date.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in lead generation, appointment setting, business development, or outbound sales.
• At least 2 + years of B2B sales experience.
• Strong telephone communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Highly organized, responsive, and excellent at follow‑up.
• Ability to work independently while staying accountable and communicative.
• Reliable laptop/computer and stable high‑speed internet connection.
• Available to work 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM SA time and start immediately.
