Lead Electrical Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Electrical Project Engineer to support our 24/7 Greenville site. The role ensures the electrical infrastructure and process instrumentation are safe, reliable, and continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee electrical systems including switchgear, distribution panels, and lighting panels while ensuring arc‑flash compliance.
• Interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams, engineering drawings and technical documentation to support efficient repairs and spare‑part management.
• Lead capital projects, prepare bid packages, construction records and specification sheets for new electrical and instrumentation installations.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams, contractors and internal groups to execute upgrades and automation initiatives.
• Ensure operational safety and reliability of the site’s electrical infrastructure.

Required profile

• Proven experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering within an industrial environment.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational setting and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
