The College of Dentistry at Texas A&M University Health Science Center is seeking a Lead Dental Assistant to join its Clinical Affairs department in Dallas. This on‑site position supports a high‑volume dental clinic, overseeing daily operations and ensuring top‑quality patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior clinicians and executives in a fast‑paced environment.
• Supervise and mentor a team of dental assistants.
• Manage dental instrument and supply inventory.
• Maintain strict infection‑control standards.
• Coordinate patient flow and clinical scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with dental procedures and terminology.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six years of experience as a registered dental assistant in a private practice, clinic, or training program.
• CPR certification and a valid Registered Dental Assistant license.
• Strong organizational abilities and flexibility in daily routine.
