About the role

The Lead Concierge provides front‑line resident services and acts as the primary point of contact for prospects and residents at Ledger Union Market. This role ensures a welcoming environment, coordinates daily operational tasks, and maintains up‑to‑date information on local amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Greet prospects and residents, ensuring comfort while they wait for team members.
• Monitor guest traffic and manage phone calls, routing them to the appropriate staff.
• Assist residents with checking luggage carts in and out.
• Oversee parking garage usage for team members and vendors.
• Monitor fire alarm panel and security cameras to maintain safety.
• Manage all package deliveries, document arrivals, and notify residents within 24 hours.
• Maintain a daily log of events and community security status, reporting concerns to management.
• Track equipment rentals, dry‑cleaning services, and other community‑provided services.
• Maintain detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery options, and nurture relationships with concierge vendors.
• Book the freight elevator for move‑in, move‑out, and furniture deliveries.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate logs and records.
• Comfort with handling security equipment such as fire panels and cameras.
