Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the role

Join NeurAbilities in Cherry Hill, NJ as a Lead Board‑Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and guide a team of clinicians while delivering high‑quality ABA services. You will conduct assessments, design individualized intervention plans, and mentor new staff in a supportive, low‑billable‑hour environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the supervisor in mentoring and training new BCBAs and behavior technicians, including competency checklists.
• Facilitate new‑hire orientation and assist with clinic activities as assigned.
• Maintain a reduced caseload (approximately 15 billable hours per week) while overseeing supervisees.
• Conduct initial and follow‑up behavior assessments for patients.
• Provide consultation and training to parents, school personnel, and therapeutic support staff.
• Write comprehensive behavior assessment reports and develop treatment plans.

Required profile

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience conducting behavior assessments and creating intervention plans.
• Ability to mentor and train junior clinicians.
