Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

Join our Bala Cynwyd, PA location as a Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and drive impactful ABA services. You will lead assessments, design individualized intervention plans, and mentor a growing team of clinicians while enjoying a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support supervisor in mentoring and training new BCBAs and behavior technicians, including competency checklists.
• Facilitate new‑hire orientation and clinic activities as assigned.
• Maintain a reduced caseload based on supervisee numbers and clinic census.
• Conduct initial and follow‑up behavior assessments with patients.
• Provide consultation and training to parents, school personnel, and therapeutic support staff.
• Write comprehensive behavior assessment reports and treatment plans.

Required profile

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Experience conducting behavior assessments and developing individualized intervention plans.
• Ability to mentor, train, and support new clinicians.
