Lead Bath Installer

About the role

P.J. Fitzpatrick is seeking a Lead Bath Installer to oversee and execute high‑quality bathroom remodels. You will guide a crew, ensure installations meet manufacturer and safety standards, and uphold the company’s reputation for craftsmanship.

Key responsibilities

• Install bath and shower products according to work orders and manufacturer guidelines.
• Set the pace and tone for the team on each job site.
• Maintain quality, safety, and company policy compliance throughout each project.
• Communicate progress and any issues to management promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in bath or shower installation, carpentry, or home remodeling.
• Strong knowledge of power tools and measuring equipment.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and detailed work instructions.
• Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail, and customer‑service skills.
• Physical ability to lift materials up to 75 lb and work occasional overtime or Saturdays.
