Lead, AI Search & SEO Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Lead for AI Search & SEO Strategy to become the subject‑matter expert for Princess Cruises in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The role will drive visibility across emerging AI‑driven search ecosystems and ensure the brand is discoverable in large language models and AI answer engines.

Key responsibilities

• Translate AI Search (AEO/GEO) strategies into actionable technical initiatives and partner with SEO agencies and content teams.
• Optimize content and site structure for LLM discoverability, entity authority, structured answer formats and E‑E‑A‑T signals.
• Own schema markup, JSON‑LD, entity markup and improve crawlability, indexation, internal linking, and semantic HTML.
• Define and track KPIs for AI search visibility, citation frequency, traffic and conversion impact.
• Serve as primary liaison between engineering, analytics, content, and agency partners to deliver technical requirements.
• Lead testing, experimentation and continuous optimization of AI‑search performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO and AI‑driven search optimization, preferably in a lead or senior capacity.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to define metrics and measure impact.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across engineering, content, and agency teams.
