L&D Nurse – AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development (L&D) Nurse to help train artificial intelligence models that support healthcare interactions. This is a remote, independent‑contractor position open to qualified medical professionals based in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse and complex healthcare‑related scenarios.
• Evaluate the AI’s responses for correctness, relevance, and overall performance.
• Ensure the medical accuracy of model outputs and flag any inconsistencies.

Required profile

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Current or in‑progress medical degree (physician, nurse practitioner, PA, therapist, etc.).
• Background in any of the listed healthcare professions, such as physicians, registered nurses, therapists, laboratory professionals, or public‑health specialists.
• Residency in the United States.
