About the role

We are seeking an experienced L&D Nurse to help train and evaluate AI models that assist healthcare professionals. The role is fully remote and ideal for medical experts who want to contribute to cutting‑edge AI technology while working on their own schedule.

Key responsibilities

Provide AI chatbots with diverse, complex healthcare scenarios and assess their responses.
Evaluate AI model outputs for correctness, performance, and medical accuracy.
Ensure that model behavior meets clinical standards and improves over time.

Required profile

Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
Current or in‑progress medical degree (e.g., physician, nurse practitioner, therapist, etc.).
Strong knowledge of clinical practice across a range of specialties.

Required skills
