About the role

We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals to join our AI training team as Learning & Development (L&D) Nurses. In this remote contractor position you will help shape the performance of AI chatbots by providing realistic medical scenarios and assessing their responses.

Key responsibilities

Design and submit diverse, complex healthcare problems for AI chatbots.
Evaluate AI outputs for correctness, relevance, and overall performance.
Validate the medical accuracy of model responses and provide feedback for improvement.

Required profile

Fluent English (native or bilingual level).
Current or in‑progress medical degree (e.g., RN, NP, PA, MD, etc.).
Based in the United States.
Independent contractor willing to work on a flexible schedule.
