About the role

We are seeking an experienced US‑licensed lawyer to provide high‑quality legal analysis, research, and drafting for a variety of projects. The role is fully remote and compensated at an hourly rate.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on diverse US law topics, delivering nuanced insights.
• Perform in‑depth legal research to ensure up‑to‑date and accurate information.
• Draft, review, and edit legal documents such as memoranda, opinions, contracts, and related materials.
• Assess legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices, providing structured feedback.
• Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to refine deliverables and address complex scenarios.
• Identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal content as part of quality assurance.

Required profile

• Active license to practice law in the United States with strong academic credentials.
• Current or prior experience at a top‑tier US law firm covering multiple practice areas.
• Proven ability in legal analysis, research, and drafting across various subjects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in reviewing legal content.
• Demonstrated success in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration.
