Laundry Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Laundry Attendant to join our hotel housekeeping team. The role ensures that all linens, towels, uniforms and guest laundry are cleaned, pressed and delivered promptly, supporting our high standards of hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold and press hotel linens, towels and guest laundry.
• Inspect items to ensure they are clean, stain‑free and presentable.
• Monitor inventory of laundry supplies and report shortages or damaged items.
• Maintain laundry equipment, perform routine checks and report any malfunctions.
• Follow hotel hygiene and safety protocols throughout all tasks.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and front‑desk teams to ensure timely delivery of clean items.
• Assist other departments during peak periods or special events as needed.

Required profile

• Less than a high school diploma; previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lb frequently and up to 75 lb occasionally.
• Good vision for close, distance and color tasks.
• No supervisory responsibilities.

• Laundry equipment operation.
