About the role
Join Wendy’s as a Late Night Crew Member and help deliver great food and service during the evening hours. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting both customers and teammates while enjoying flexible scheduling.
Key responsibilities
- Stand and move throughout the shift to perform duties efficiently.
- Operate restaurant equipment such as headsets, cash registers, and grills.
- Prepare food and serve customers following brand standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Required profile
- Positive attitude and willingness to help teammates and guests.
- Eagerness to learn new tasks and improve performance.
- Proactive problem‑solving – if something isn’t right, you fix it.
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift.
