Large Law Customer Success Manager – Chicago

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, consultative Customer Success Manager to partner with large law firms in the Chicago area. You will help legal professionals integrate LexisNexis drafting, research, analytics, and AI‑powered workflow solutions into their daily practice, driving measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of large‑law accounts, serving as the primary success lead for adoption, workflow transformation, retention, and usage growth.
• Build trusted‑advisor relationships with firm stakeholders and develop customized success plans aligned with firm goals and legal workflows.
• Guide firms through change management, ensuring successful embedding of LexisNexis solutions into daily legal work.
• Collaborate with Client Managers, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Enablement on account planning, executive business reviews, renewal support, and expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Executive presence with strong commercial acumen.
• Proven ability to engage senior legal stakeholders and drive value realization.
• Experience in consultative, customer‑facing roles within complex professional services environments.
