Land Solutions Project Manager – Electric Transmission (Remote, North Texas)

About the role

Atwell, LLC is looking for a Land Solutions Project Manager to support a leading electric transmission client across high‑voltage infrastructure and right‑of‑way (ROW) projects in North Texas. The position is remote, but regular on‑site client meetings, stakeholder engagements, and site visits are required.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee land and ROW acquisition activities for transmission corridors, including easement negotiations, rights of entry, surface agreements, damage settlements, and fee‑property transactions.
• Define project scope, budgets, schedules, and deliverables; manage contracts and sub‑consultants.
• Ensure milestones, budgets, and performance metrics are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the client, maintaining a consistent regional presence, tracking the project pipeline, and identifying expansion opportunities.
• Maintain project documentation in Vision, oversee invoicing and collections, and provide regular financial and progress reports to leadership.
• Coach and mentor project team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of project management experience focused on electric transmission, utility infrastructure, energy, or land/ROW projects.
• Strong background in easement acquisition and land agreements related to high‑voltage infrastructure.
• Experience negotiating ROW easements, surface agreements, encroachment agreements, rights of entry, fee‑property transactions, and damage settlements.
• Familiarity with utility project lifecycles, property rights, landowner coordination, and regulatory considerations.
