Labor & Employment Associate Attorney

About the role

FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate to join its San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. The attorney will handle complex employment litigation and advisory matters for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Litigate employment disputes in state and federal courts.
• Represent employers before state and federal agencies.
• Provide counsel on wage and hour compliance, non‑compete, confidentiality and non‑solicitation agreements.
• Draft and review employment policies and agreements.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of substantive employment litigation experience.
• California bar admission.
• Strong academic credentials with excellent research and writing abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
