About the role
The University Lab School is seeking a long‑term substitute teacher to fill instructional duties when regular staff are absent. This position supports classroom instruction and ensures continuity of learning for high school students.
Key responsibilities
- Perform all duties of an Instructor or Teaching Associate during their absence.
- Deliver lesson plans, manage classroom activities, and assess student progress.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for minors.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work directly with minors; must pass fingerprinting and National Sex Offender Registry checks.
- Relevant experience in teaching or classroom support is preferred.
