KYC Analyst

About the role

Coinflow is seeking a KYC Analyst to manage the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Know Your Business (KYB) lifecycle for its merchant base. The analyst will ensure regulatory compliance while supporting smooth onboarding and ongoing merchant relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct KYC/KYB reviews during merchant onboarding, maintaining compliance and improving efficiency.
• Manage Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reviews and coordinate escalation when required.
• Handle post‑onboarding requests for product or regional expansion, performing additional KYC/KYB checks as needed.
• Oversee periodic KYC/KYB maintenance, ensuring records are up‑to‑date and complete.
• Drive KYC/KYB program initiatives for new regions, products, and banking partners, creating SOPs, workflows, and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and Support teams to implement tooling improvements and automation.

Required profile

• Experience conducting KYC/KYB and EDD reviews in a financial or payments environment.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements for merchant onboarding.
• Ability to design and document SOPs, workflows, and operational controls.
• Proven collaboration skills across product, engineering, and risk functions.
