Korean Bilingual UX/UI Designer – Services Experience Researcher

About the role

The role focuses on designing and executing consumer research to inform product development for a global industry leader. Candidates must be fluent in Korean and English and have strong qualitative research expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Design and conduct primary consumer research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Own analysis, reporting, and delivery of research findings and insights.
• Collaborate with product research teams to define objectives and research projects.
• Synthesize primary, secondary and public sources to produce actionable insights.
• Evaluate competitor applications and new product concepts for usability and UX design.

Required profile

• 5+ years of consumer research experience with emphasis on qualitative techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills for interviewing and report writing.
• Bilingual in English/Korean is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online survey tools such as dscout, Pollfish, and Qualtrics.
• Strong numerical and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience in consumer electronics research preferred.
