Knowledge Management Business Partner

About the role

Moog is seeking a Knowledge Management Business Partner to lead KM initiatives across its Western U.S. operations. Based in Salt Lake City, this hybrid position supports strategic priorities, ensuring critical knowledge is captured, stored, and shared to drive operational excellence and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead a regional KM support team delivering projects and process implementations.
• Form and chair regional steering committees to align KM activities with Operations and HR.
• Develop and execute 1‑3 year KM strategies to close knowledge gaps and embed KM practices.
• Collaborate with senior technical experts to capture and disseminate critical process and product knowledge.
• Partner with regional leaders to sustain KM practices in line with Moog global standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of operations, quality, or engineering experience in aerospace and defense.
• 3+ years of people‑leadership experience, including coaching high‑performing teams.
• Experience with ISO 9001 and AS9100 compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead through influence and manage organizational change.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed.
