About the role

Join our Kitchen Team as an Associate and help deliver a memorable dining experience for guests. No prior experience is required – we provide hands‑on training so you can grow your skills in a supportive, fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, serve food, and process payments at the cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store and kitchen areas.
• Follow operational standards and safety procedures to ensure fresh, quality food.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced kitchen, rotating among front counter, drive‑through, and kitchen stations as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals in a positive atmosphere.

Required profile

• Friendly, helpful team player with a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for extended periods, and work in hot, noisy environments.
• Effective verbal communication and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Willingness to learn food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation.

Required skills

• Food Handler certification (where required by local regulations).
• Cash register operation.
• Basic use of kitchen tools, including Chinese cook knives.
