Kitchen Team Associate – Fast‑Paced Restaurant Role

About the role

We are looking for friendly, energetic individuals to join our kitchen team. As a Kitchen Team Associate you will help prepare and serve delicious meals while keeping the restaurant clean and safe for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional dining experience by greeting guests, serving food and handling cash transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store and kitchen areas.
• Follow operational standards and safety procedures to deliver fresh, high‑quality food.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, rotating among front counter, drive‑through and kitchen stations as needed.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals in a positive atmosphere.

Required profile

• Friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Operations experience is a plus but not required.
• Food Handler certification may be required depending on local regulations.
