About the role

We are shaping the future of kids’ products with playful, experience‑led designs. As a Kids Designer focused on Beauty & Hair, you will create trend‑driven collections that blend accessories, lifestyle items, and gifting with hands‑on, shareable experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Concept and design cross‑category collections anchored in beauty and hair, including styling kits, DIY formats, and interactive products.
• Develop experience‑led designs that encourage play, customization, and social sharing.
• Partner with Merchandising, Brand & Marketing, Planning, and Production to align creativity with commercial goals and timelines.
• Stay ahead of beauty, hair, and play trends, identifying whitespace opportunities and driving continuous innovation.

Required profile

• Designer with a deep understanding of kids’ behavior, curiosity, and desire for self‑expression.
• Passionate about beauty and hair, with a strong point of view on how they can be explored.
• Comfortable working across categories in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with AI‑powered design tools.
