Keyholder (Part Time)

About the role

Join the Levi's® Store in Lynnfield Marketplace as a Part‑Time Keyholder. You will help create an engaging shopping experience while supporting store operations, sales, and visual merchandising.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist with sales, merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Support the Store Manager in driving sales and meeting performance goals.
• Maintain product flow to the floor, handle visual merchandising, and ensure store cleanliness.
• Act as a key holder, handling opening/closing duties and training on core responsibilities.

Required profile

• Must be 18 years or older with reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb, kneel, reach overhead, and climb ladders.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Adhere to all Levi’s store policies and procedures.
