Key Holder – Willowbrook Mall

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Key Holder to join the team at Willowbrook Mall in Houston. You will help create an exceptional shopping experience by supporting sales, merchandising, and store operations while embodying the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach team members to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist with sales initiatives, merchandising, and visual presentation of products.
• Support the Store Manager and leadership team in achieving sales goals.
• Handle product flow to the sales floor, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks.
• Promote a positive, engaging shopping environment for customers and coworkers.

Required profile

• Adheres to Levi’s store policies and procedures.
• Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales targets.
• Capable of heavy lifting (up to 40 lb) and frequent movement around the store.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible retail hours.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
