Key Holder – Retail Store Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Key Holder to join our Levi’s store in Hudson Yards, New York. In this role you will support the Store Management team, ensure excellent customer service and help maintain high visual standards across the shop.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑level customer service while embodying Levi’s brand values.
• Assist Store Management with daily tasks, opening and closing the store when senior managers are absent.
• Motivate, support and coach the sales team to achieve personal sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Maintain strong visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Handle deliveries, organise the stockroom and ensure inventory is well‑managed.
• Support the team in meeting KPIs and sales goals.

Required profile

• Passion for the Levi’s brand and alignment with its values.
• Proven experience meeting sales targets and KPIs in a retail environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work collaboratively.
• Experience supervising or managing a floor team.
• Team‑player attitude with flexibility to support management as needed.
