Key Holder (Retail)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Key Holder to join the team at the Tanger Outlet in Locust Grove, GA. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create an exceptional shopping experience by supporting sales, merchandising, and daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Model and coach customer‑service standards and sales techniques.
• Assist with product placement, visual merchandising, and getting merchandise to the sales floor.
• Support the leadership team in driving sales, training staff, and achieving performance goals.
• Maintain store policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 40 lb, moving items, and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Demonstrates originality, integrity, empathy, and courage.
• Committed to meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours.
• Must be 18 years or older.

• Ability to lift and move items up to 40 lb.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store.
