Key Holder

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a motivated Key Holder to join its Jackson Township store team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create an exceptional shopping experience by supporting sales, merchandising, and daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in opening and closing the store, including handling the keys and cash.
• Provide attentive customer service, answer product questions, and drive sales.
• Support visual merchandising by ensuring products are stocked, organized, and presented according to brand standards.
• Train and coach team members on selling techniques and store policies.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence, including lifting items up to 40 lb.

Required profile

• Positive, customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Jackson Township, NJ.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; ability to lift up to 40 lb and operate standard retail POS equipment is expected.
