Key Account Sales Coordinator

About the role

Kikkerland Design is seeking a proactive Key Account Sales Coordinator to support its sales team and major retail customers across North America. In this hybrid role you will help ensure smooth order execution, maintain strong relationships, and contribute to bringing innovative products to market.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of major retail and wholesale accounts.
• Oversee order execution from purchase‑order receipt through delivery, monitoring confirmations, backorders, allocations, shipping timelines and risks.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer programs, identifying missing information, approaching deadlines and execution risks.
• Serve as a reliable point of coordination for internal, buyer and sales‑representative requests.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Logistics, E‑Commerce and Product Development to ensure smooth order flow.
• Prepare product presentations, item setup forms and customer documentation.
• Maintain accurate account documentation, including customer and item setup, pricing, vendor portals and sample logistics.
• Prepare and ship product samples for meetings and presentations.
• Produce sales reports and assist with ongoing account analysis.
• Build strong working relationships with customers and independent sales representatives.
• Support special projects and initiatives that drive sales growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3‑5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, account coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• A positive, collaborative attitude and willingness to take ownership.
