Key Account Operations & Planning Manager

About the role

In partnership with the Executive Director, the Key Account Operations & Planning Manager builds annual retail and net‑sales plans for assigned accounts and oversees the operational processes that bring those plans to life. The role translates high‑level strategy into detailed data administration, using analysis and market insights to optimise inventory productivity, uncover growth opportunities and minimise liabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor the full purchase‑order lifecycle, ensuring correct quantities, tracking fulfillment and resolving retailer inquiries.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with the Customer Operations team and reallocate inventory as needed.
• Forecast returns, manage Destroy‑in‑Field allocations and product discontinuations to reduce RTV liabilities.
• Authorize and track Return‑to‑Vendor processes while adhering to budget and control procedures.
• Analyse retailer Open‑to‑Buy monthly to prevent unexpected changes.
• Maintain product data in retailer PIM systems, including uploading New Product Forms and sample details.
• Create and maintain retail assortment files for Sephora in close collaboration with Visual Merchandising.
• Develop performance goals, build sales plans for new launches and track real‑time achievement.
• Compile regular sales and inventory reports and support ad‑hoc data requests for business reviews.
• Participate in weekly sales reviews and budget tracking sessions with senior management.
