Key Account Manager – Workplace Projects (Americas)

About the role

Tetra Pak is seeking a strategic, customer‑focused Key Account Manager to lead Workplace Projects across the Americas. Based in one of our regional offices, you will act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders, translating workplace strategies into high‑impact solutions that improve employee experience, operational performance, and sustainability outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Workplace Experience and Real Estate teams to identify business needs and propose workplace and real‑estate solutions.
• Develop end‑to‑end business cases, financial models, and strategic recommendations for executive decision‑making.
• Lead and coordinate external project managers, key suppliers, and cross‑functional teams from concept through execution.
• Champion sustainable, accessible, and future‑ready workplace designs that align with corporate goals.
• Identify value‑engineering opportunities to optimize cost, performance, and employee wellbeing.
• Travel up to 30% regionally to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic account management or consulting within workplace, real‑estate, or facilities domains.
• Strong execution skills with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate business value clearly.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
