Key Account Manager – Turkey/Layers

About the role

Kemin is looking for a Key Account Manager to own the commercial relationship with top‑tier turkey producers across the United States. The role focuses on building trusted partnerships, creating strategic account plans, and driving sales projects that deliver differentiated value and support profitable growth in the turkey industry.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary commercial owner for assigned U.S. turkey accounts, developing long‑term relationships with growers, nutritionists, and national turkey companies.
• Design and execute strategic account plans that align with Kemin’s growth objectives.
• Collaborate with Technical Service Managers, Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and fellow Key Account Managers to provide integrated solutions.
• Advance sales initiatives through disciplined execution, ensuring timely delivery of projects and innovations.
• Travel up to 60% of the time to meet customers and attend industry events.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account management or sales within the animal nutrition, poultry, or related agricultural sectors.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the United States.
