Key Account Manager – On-Premise Hotels (Denver)

About the role
The Key Account Manager will drive volume, share and profit growth for on‑premise hotel accounts across the Denver Front Range. You will act as the primary liaison between our brand and multi‑unit hotel buyers, collaborating with trade development, field sales and division managers to deliver business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and grow key hotel accounts by communicating marketing plans, presenting new products and executing promotional events.
- Develop annual account plans that align brand and consumer strategies, and track performance against volume, profit and distribution targets.
- Educate hotel staff on priority brands through training seminars and business insights.
- Manage promotional spend, evaluate results and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare account‑specific presentations, conduct business reviews and provide feedback on program effectiveness.
- Gather and share competitive market information, monitor pricing schedules and product programming.
- Coordinate supplier surveys, plan routes, conduct surveys and follow‑up with sales representatives.
- Create and manage point‑of‑sale materials (signage, wine and cocktail lists) using digital capabilities.
Required profile
- Proven sales and account‑management experience in the hospitality or hotel sector.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with buyers responsible for multi‑unit purchasing decisions.
- Ability to develop strategic plans and drive measurable business results.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
