Key Account Manager

About the role

Amcor is seeking a Key Account Manager to lead the relationship with one of its strategic customers. The role focuses on protecting existing business, expanding share‑of‑wallet, and delivering profitable growth while aligning with Amcor’s safety and sustainability values.

Key responsibilities

• Own the assigned key account and execute the account strategy defined by leadership.
• Maintain and grow share‑of‑wallet and profitability through targeted sales initiatives.
• Manage account complexities, anticipate customer needs, and ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Lead and support business negotiations, influencing decisions to protect Amcor’s interests.
• Leverage deep knowledge of Amcor products, the packaging industry, and competitive landscape to win business.
• Achieve sales targets, delivering year‑over‑year profitable growth for the territory.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, fostering proactive and complex conversations.
• Collaborate with internal functions such as leadership, marketing, R&D, and supply chain to support commercialization and onboarding.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing key accounts in a B2B environment.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Ability to understand and anticipate customer requirements.
• Results‑driven mindset with ownership of account performance.
