Junior/Mid Business Analyst (Remote)

About the role

CerebriOS is seeking a Business Analyst to support the development of a new mid‑market analytics platform. The role bridges business stakeholders, product, engineering, and data teams to translate business needs into clear requirements and ensure solutions address the right problems. It is suitable for junior candidates with strong analytical fundamentals and mid‑level analysts ready for greater ownership.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and clarify business requirements from internal stakeholders and users.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and QA teams throughout development.
• Analyse existing business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and document workflows and business rules.
• Support backlog refinement, analyse data to inform product decisions, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Validate delivered functionality against agreed requirements and track open questions, dependencies, and changes.

Required profile

• 1+ year of experience in business analysis, project coordination, operations, data analysis, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into structured requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with both business and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
