Junior Sales Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Assistant to join the Madison Home Ceramics team. You will gain hands‑on experience in the wholesale and off‑price business, learning how products move from development to buyer purchase orders while supporting sales, production, and overseas sourcing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare line sheets, quote sheets, and presentations for buyer meetings.
• Manage samples: request, track, label, and organize the showroom inventory.
• Enter and track orders and purchase orders, following up on open items.
• Coordinate with overseas sourcing and production teams on status, approvals, and shipping.
• Maintain accurate buyer records, trackers, and project boards.
• Support meeting preparation and post‑meeting follow‑up.
• Handle general account and sales administration as needed.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Strong communicator with reliable follow‑through.
• Comfortable working across time zones with overseas teams.
• Eager to learn the wholesale and off‑price market.
• Interest in home goods, tabletop, or decor is a plus.
