Junior Producer

About the role

Vitro is looking for a Junior Producer to join its production team in San Diego. This month‑long contract role supports the creation of advertising content from concept through delivery, working closely with creative and client services teams.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage small to mid‑size post‑production projects with internal teams and external vendors.
• Support senior producers on larger productions.
• Coordinate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, Copywriters, Animators, and Account teams to bring concepts to life.
• Assist on two local small‑scale productions and handle stakeholder inputs against timelines.
• Perform quality‑control reviews to ensure deliverables meet creative, technical, and platform specifications.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of professional production experience, preferably in advertising.
• Portfolio showing advertising work (motion or static).
• Willingness to learn and ability to balance multiple projects.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Required skills

• Experience producing social‑media content.
• Understanding of pacing, storytelling, music, sound design, and visual composition.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time‑management abilities.
