Junior Mobile Application Developer (Flutter)

About the role

Momenti is building immersive, interactive video experiences that break the fourth wall. We are looking for a motivated Junior Mobile Application Developer to join our New York team and help create innovative hybrid mobile applications using Flutter.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain hybrid mobile applications with Flutter.
• Refactor code to improve performance, scalability, and stability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate user and business requirements into functional front‑end code.
• Participate in product design and implementation, providing engineering feedback.
• Evaluate and enhance system efficiency and best‑practice adoption.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of overall development experience, with at least 1 year in iOS, Android, or web development.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving abilities, and capacity to work both independently and in a fast‑paced team.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to startup challenges, and contribute to a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Flutter development (primary).
• Experience with hybrid frameworks such as React Native or Ionic.
• Object‑oriented programming and design patterns.
• Understanding of mobile device hardware capabilities and limitations.
• Knowledge of iOS, Android, and web front‑end frameworks.
• Experience handling traditional media (photos or videos) is a plus.
