Junior Marketing Cloud Specialist – 3 Openings

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Cloud Specialist to join our team as a Multi‑Channel Subject Matter Expert. You will work primarily within Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns that support our customers' educational funding needs.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate marketing objectives into Salesforce Marketing Cloud strategies.
• Create engaging email, SMS, and push‑notification content and manage multi‑channel campaigns.
• Design, build, and maintain automation workflows, customer journeys, and data integrations using Data Sync, Data Cloud, or other ETL tools.
• Utilise AMPscript and SQL to personalise communications and enhance targeting.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and continuously optimise campaigns.
• Provide technical support to marketing teams during campaign execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience with multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS and push notifications.
• Experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer or in a similar role.
