Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Blue Hill at Stone Barns is looking for a passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join its creative team at the intersection of restaurant hospitality and sustainable agriculture. You will work directly with the Creative Director and Director of Operations on a variety of innovative visual projects that support the brand’s farm‑to‑table experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute design concepts for dining‑room displays, marketing collateral, and digital channels.
• Collaborate with chefs, operations staff, and the nonprofit partner to translate ideas into visual assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across print and social media platforms.
• Assist in the full creative process, from brainstorming and layout to final production.
• Meet tight deadlines while ensuring high‑quality output.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Motivated to learn and grow within a collaborative environment.
