Junior Global Trade Marketing Manager

About the role

The Junior Global Trade Marketing Manager supports the coordination and execution of global product launches, retail activation programs, and in‑market marketing initiatives across multiple prestige fragrance brands. Working closely with Global Brand Marketing, Operations, and Regional Trade Marketing teams, the role ensures timely delivery and strong execution of commercial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating monthly sales recaps, gathering sales figures, pictures of permanent spaces, and online activations.
• Help curate retailer‑specific presentations and launch calendars for licensor review.
• Support the execution of Trade Marketing POSM initiatives, overseeing regional allocation and timely sell‑in.
• Maintain and organize the Creative Asset portal across all brands.
• Handle creative requests, ensuring accurate and timely implementation of activations.
• Maintain internal price lists and run bi‑annual gift‑set and sell‑through analysis.
• Review media and KOL proposals for brand alignment.
• Analyze sales and sell‑in trends linked to global commercial activations.
• Assist in developing global merchandising guidelines, including planograms.
• Coordinate press and lab sample requests and shipments.
• Support planning and execution of annual events, seminars, and trade shows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial marketing.
• Experience in the beauty or fragrance industry is highly preferred.
