Junior Full-Stack Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Full‑Stack Developer to join our team in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will support sustainment and new development for a critical Reporting Tool Suite, focusing on the WEBCANDID application that manages intelligence report requests for the Intelligence Community and global partners.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the WEBCANDID tool to ensure reliable operation.
• Support ongoing sustainment of the Reporting Tool Suite.
• Troubleshoot and resolve interface issues across multiple mission‑critical web applications.
• Develop new features and improve existing functionality using modern full‑stack technologies.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional team members to deliver secure, data‑driven solutions.

Required profile

• Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
• Junior‑level candidate with at least 2 years of professional software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field (or 4 additional years of relevant experience).
• On‑site work in Annapolis Junction; no telework available.

Required skills

• Java 17+ and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Angular and Google Web Toolkit (GWT) for frontend interfaces.
• Experience with relational (Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Design, build, and consume RESTful web services.
