Junior Front-End Developer (JS, HTML, CSS)

About the role

FMG is looking for a talented Junior Front‑End Developer to join its web development team. You will help create user‑centric experiences, maintain existing sites, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure design consistency and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing websites using CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers to align website updates with overall design standards.
• Participate in projects that improve platform scalability, performance, and usability.
• Ensure all web pages meet accessibility and performance standards.
• Implement design updates and new features based on client and internal requirements.
• Use version control and continuous integration tools to streamline development workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
• Stay current with the latest web development trends and technologies.

Required profile

• Strong educational background in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proficient understanding of CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience with server‑side CSS pre‑processing such as SASS.
• Knowledge of web accessibility and performance standards.
• Strong eye for design and web aesthetics.
• Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.
• Experience with cloud services like Amazon AWS.
• Understanding of CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
• Knowledge of continuous integration methodologies.
• Fast learner with excellent collaboration and time‑management skills.
