Junior Front-End Developer (JavaScript, CSS)

About the role

We are looking for a talented Junior Front‑End Developer to join our web development team. You will help maintain and enhance existing websites, ensuring they are fast, accessible, and visually appealing while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and improve existing websites using CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and back‑end engineers to align design with branding and functionality.
• Apply best‑practice web development techniques to boost scalability, performance, and usability.
• Participate in project planning, offering innovative ideas and technical expertise.
• Ensure sites meet accessibility standards and work across devices and browsers.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving front‑end issues.

Required profile

• Strong educational background in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
• Experience with SASS or other CSS pre‑processors.
• Understanding of web accessibility and performance standards.
• Good eye for design and web aesthetics.
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and cloud services (AWS).
• Knowledge of HubSpot platform and integrations.
• Understanding of continuous integration methodologies.
• Excellent time‑management, self‑motivation, and teamwork skills.
