Junior Front-End Developer – Digital Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Front‑End Developer to join our Digital Experience team. You will help create and maintain responsive, high‑performing web experiences for our direct‑to‑consumer brands, working in a hybrid environment from Oak Brook, IL.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive front‑end code for DTC websites using HTML and CSS, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Update and manage content within CMS components, including image and document uploads, tagging, and ensuring consistency.
• Transform UI/UX designs from Figma or Adobe XD into functional web pages, flagging technical constraints early.
• Implement and evaluate A/B testing variants, providing recommendations based on technical findings.
• Investigate and remediate complex front‑end bugs and performance issues, reducing recurring problems.
• Execute QA checks, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and refine release criteria.
• Use browser developer tools to debug and optimise performance, linking findings to overall site health.
• Manage a Kanban workflow, anticipate blockers, and adjust priorities as needed.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience with Figma (including Dev Mode) or Adobe XD.
• 2+ years working on direct‑to‑consumer websites.
• 2+ years exporting and optimising images and assets for web use.
• 2+ years using browser developer tools such as Chrome DevTools.
• 1+ year experience with content management systems; headless CMS experience is a plus.
• 1+ year experience with cross‑browser testing and debugging.
• Familiarity with agile or Kanban‑based workflows.
