Junior DevOps Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our team in New York. The role focuses on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for both on‑premises and AWS environments, ensuring secure and reliable application delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Ansible playbooks and roles for automated configuration and deployments.
• Support infrastructure provisioning and configuration management across dev, QA, staging, and production environments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to automate repetitive operational tasks.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot deployment issues, and maintain documentation.
• Contribute to improving security, scalability, and reliability of our systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of DevOps experience in high‑traffic production environments.
• Basic proficiency with AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Foundational knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and infrastructure‑as‑code tools.
• Familiarity with Linux system administration, networking protocols, and scripting languages.
