Junior Controller

About the role

Aertssen Logistics USA is looking for a motivated Junior Controller to join its finance team in Rincon, GA. You will work closely with the Director of Finance & Administration, helping shape financial reporting, analysis, and decision‑making tools for a fast‑growing heavy‑machinery logistics business.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, improve, and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, identify trends, and highlight risks or opportunities.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, and matrix reports that provide clear, actionable insights.
• Support the full budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with department leads to validate assumptions.
• Track performance against budget and forecast, explaining variances.
• Assist with month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close activities, ensuring accuracy of P&L and balance‑sheet accounts.
• Maintain data quality and consistency across all reporting outputs.
