Junior Content Assistant – Part-Time (Remote)

About the role

Alex and Ani is seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Content Assistant to support the Creative team. Working remotely on a part‑time basis, you will help translate campaign concepts into AI‑generated image and video assets that align with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret photo references, mood boards, product and marketing concepts into effective AI prompts.
• Generate and refine AI‑created images and videos, ensuring they meet brand and marketing goals.
• Experiment with prompt variations to improve visual quality and realism.
• Review generated content for accuracy, product representation and detail.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback and update prompts and assets.
• Organize prompts, creative files and generated assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to bring campaign ideas to life.
• Stay current on emerging AI content creation tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong visual judgment and a commercial eye for polished creative work.
• Curiosity about emerging AI creative tools and willingness to blend creativity with technology.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Flexible part‑time availability during standard working hours, preferably in ET.
